Primoris Services Corporation (Primoris) announced today it has appointed Brad Smith as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). Mr. Smith has over 25 years of human resources experience across the industrial, engineering, and construction sectors. He brings a deep understanding of what it takes to foster high-performing teams in support of a company’s strategic objectives.

As CHRO, Mr. Smith will oversee the full lifecycle human resources function across Primoris, including total rewards, talent management, learning and development, policies and procedures, and business-specific functions, ensuring alignment to advance growth, innovation, and employee success.

Most recently, Mr. Smith served as CHRO of Palacios Marine & Industrial and previously held the positions of Vice President of HR Operations – Industrial, Energy, and Commercial Group at BrandSafway and Global Director of HR – Engineering and Construction at CB&I.
Mr. Smith has a bachelor’s in business management from the University of Texas at Austin and is a graduate of the Institut Européen d'Administration des Affaires’ Management Skills for International Business program and Rice University’s Global Leadership Development program.
