Tom McCormick, President, Chief Executive Officer

Mr. McCormick has been the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Primoris since November 4, 2019. Mr. McCormick joined Primoris in April 2016 as Chief Operating Officer and was promoted to Primoris’ President in April 2019. Mr. McCormick has over 30 years of experience in design and construction with a wide range of knowledge in the gas processing, refining/petrochemical, power, pipeline, liquids recovery, Liquefied Natural Gas (“LNG”) and gas compression markets. Mr. McCormick received his bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Florida State University and an Advanced Management Program from INSEAD in France.

Ken Dodgen, CPA, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Ken Dodgen was named our Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer effective November 7, 2018. Previously, Mr. Dodgen served as the Senior Vice President and Corporate Controller for Primoris since May 2017. He has 30 years of experience in finance and accounting across many different industries including pipeline, power plant, and electric transmission construction, as well as retail and power marketing. From 2006 to 2017 he served as CFO for three different companies; one was engaged in power plant construction and retail electricity, the second company was engaged in electric and pipeline construction, and the third company provided software and analytics serving banks and financial institutions. From 1996 to 2006 Mr. Dodgen spent ten years in investment banking with JPMorgan and Merrill Lynch where he focused predominantly on mergers and acquisitions. Prior to investment banking, Mr. Dodgen worked for Affiliated Computer Services in Dallas, and he began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Mr. Dodgen received a B.B.A. in Accounting from Texas A&M University and an M.B.A. from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago. He is a licensed CPA.

John Moreno, Chief Operating Officer

John Moreno has joined Primoris Services Corporation as our new Chief Operating Officer as of March 29, 2019. John has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry with a wide range of knowledge in the markets we serve. John received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Tech and received an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School. After serving in the military, John began his career as a pipe welder with Spartan, and has spent the last 19 years with PCL (Teton Industrial), serving most recently as the President of PCL Industrial Construction.

John M. Perisich, Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Counsel, and Corporate Secretary

John Perisich has been Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Secretary of Primoris since 2018. Prior to that, he served as Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Primoris. Mr. Perisich joined ARB in 1995. Prior to joining Primoris, Mr. Perisich practiced law at Klein, Wegis, a full-service law firm based in Bakersfield, California. He received a B.A. degree from UCLA in 1987, and a J.D. from the University of Santa Clara in 1991.

Timothy R. Healy, Group President, Power and Industrial

Mr. Healy has served as co-president of ARB since February 2006. Prior to that, he was senior vice president of ARB. Mr. Healy is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Industrial group. He joined Primoris through Primoris's acquisition of Oilfield Construction in 1989. In 2006, Mr. Healy was elected president of the CPMCA (California Piping and Mechanical Contractors Association). He received a B.S. in Construction Engineering from the State University of New York at Alfred.

Jeremy R. Kinch, PE, Segment President, Energy/Renewables

Jeremy R. Kinch, Segment President, Energy/Renewables joined Primoris in June 2018 through the Willbros acquisition. He has over 27 years of E&C experience, starting as a surveyor’s helper and laborer in 1993 while completing his degree in Geological Engineering. Jeremy has served a broad range of customers in the United States and Canada throughout his career, including Oil & Gas, Mining and Municipal Infrastructure. He is a Professional Engineer, holding licenses in Alberta and British Columbia, Canada.

Jaeson Osborn, Segment President, Utilities

Jaeson Osborn, Segment President, Utilities began his career in the utility construction industry as a laborer in 1998 and has held various positions of increasing responsibility throughout his career. In 2012, Primoris acquired Q3 Contracting, at which time Jaeson was promoted to vice president of operations. Most recently, Jaeson served as president of the North Division for the Utilities Segment. Jaeson has completed numerous developmental and leadership programs, most recently attending the Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education as well as Primoris’ Leadership Development Program.

Scott E. Summers, Segment President, Pipeline Services

Mr. Summers has served as co-president of ARB since February 2006. From 1996 through February 2006, he served as senior vice president of ARB. Currently, Mr. Summers is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Underground group. Additionally, he oversees international operations. In 2001, Mr. Summers served as President of the PLCA (Pipeline Contractors Association) and in 2004, he was President of the IPLOCA (International Pipeline and Offshore Contractors Association). Mr. Summers received a B.S. in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University.
