The Centurion Pipeline Endeavor Bankhead and Interstate Connection project consisted of installing five miles of a new 8-inch pipeline from a connection to two Endeavor Centralized Tank Batteries (CTB); the Interstate CTB and the Bankhead CTB, to Arrington Station. Included in the scope of work were four surface sites and stations associated with the pipeline. Interstate Station is a new 30-feet x 50-feet site within Endeavor’s CTB where the 6-inch pipeline launcher will be located. Upstream of the launcher will be piping connected to the Endeavor LACT unit. Bankhead Station is a new 30-feet x 50-feet site within Endeavor’s CTB where the 8-inch pipeline launcher is located. Similarly, upstream of the launcher is a connection to the Endeavor LACT unit. The Bankhead – Interstate Tie-In will be a 50-foot x 50-foot site that will hold the 6-inch pipeline receiver and serves as the tie-in location into the 8-inch line. Finally, the 8-inch pipeline receiver is located at Centurion’s existing Mascot station. In addition, PFS completed all site development including grading, drainage, and fence installation.
Primoris Field Services completed a project for Enterprise Products which consisted of approximately 19.5 miles of 16-inch and 12-inch diameter liquid NGL pipelines. The Pipeline begins at the Company’s Beaumont Terminal Facility located in Beaumont, TX and ends at the Baystar Meter Site located in the Total Refinery in Port Arthur, TX. The Pipeline route included multiple horizontal directional drills, road/railroad bores, canal crossings, wetland crossings and one over the top levee crossing. Additionally, the installation and fabrication of four mainline valve settings, one tap site, and the 16-inch X 12-inch transition pig traps were also included in the construction of this Pipeline.
The Flint Hills Resource I-10/410 Pipeline Relocation project consisted of the installation of approximately 4,100 feet of 16‐inch steel pipeline in a common corridor with CITGO’s 6-inch steel pipeline, installation of approximately 2,000 feet of 8‐inch steel pipeline under IH‐10 main lanes by horizontal directional drill and installation of approximately 800 feet of 8‐inch steel pipeline parallel to IH410 northbound frontage lanes by horizontal direction drill. Additionally, PFS removed the existing 8-inch and 16-inch piping from the TXDOT corridor.
Primoris Field Services completed a full Engineering, Procurement and Construction gathering system in Point Comfort, Texas for Formosa. Scope consisted of 4.2 miles of 12-inch Ethylene Pipeline, 3.7 miles of 3-inch Carbon Steel Methane Pipeline, 3.7 miles of 18-inch Carbon Steel Nitrogen Pipeline, 3.6 miles of 12-inch Stainless Steel DI Water Pipeline, 3.7 miles of 8-inch Carbon Steel Wastewater PWW Pipeline, 3.7 miles of 8-inch Carbon Steel Wastewater CWBD Pipeline, 3.7 miles of 4-inch Stainless Steel DEG Pipeline, and 3.9 miles of 10-inch Carbon Steel Caustic Pipeline.
Primoris Field Services completed the Phillips 66 La Pryor Pump Station that included the installation of six 6,000 Horse Power Sulzer Pumps, installation of heavy 30-inch diameter pipe, Power Distribution Center Building (weighing 350,000 lbs), launcher/receiver with double block valves, meter station, Manifolds, and DRA.
Primoris Field Services constructed multiple gathering systems in the Delaware Basin. Project consisted of 4-inch Flexsteel for produced water, 4-inch carbon steel for fuel gas, 6-inch carbon steel for HP gas, Fuel Gas, Condensate, Gas Lift and Oil, 8-inch carbon steel for oil, 12-inch carbon steel for high pressure gas, 16-inch keylock and threaded fiberglass for produced, brackish and recycled water and a 20-inch low pressure gas line.
Primoris Heavy Civil was awarded 8.3 miles of bridge construction for LA 1. Conventional, top-down, and marine construction methods will be utilized on the project.
Primoris Heavy Civil was awarded the scope of 6.7 miles of hot mix overlay on Northbound and Southbound lanes of US 59 in Wharton County, TX. Major items of work include 329,000 square yards of milling, 112,000 gallons of ASPH - AC 15P, 2,550 cubic yards of AGGR - Gr 4, 36,900 tons of Type D Asphalt Level-up, and 18,400 tons of PFC HMAC Overlay.
Edison Power Constructors performed distribution hardening work for this program to strengthen FPL’s distribution system due to weather-related occurrences that significantly threaten the utility system. Examples included but were not limited to installing overhead distribution equipment, including steel and concrete poles, anchors, and other equipment.
Edison Power Constructors was responsible for reinforcing and replacing 76 steel lattices on a 22-mile, double-circuit 230kV transmission line energizing both circuits. Edison Power also reconducted existing single conductor circuits with two bundled 1033 ACSS. This project was environmentally challenging due to its location in the Southern California Desert, the Salton Sea.
This project involved upgrading 15 miles of transmission lines in Western Oklahoma to increase electric reliability in the area. It included installing single steel poles to replace aging wooden structures, new 69kV lines, and significant upgrades to two substations.
